• Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts’ Volunteer Essentials – This document guides through leading a troop, including adult-to-girl ratios (page 10).

• GSEM's Electronic Volunteer Agreement Form - After registering as an adult member and prior to meeting with girls and handling funds, you need to accept and submit this agreement indicating you will abide by the terms set forth by GSEM.

• Activity Permission Form - here you find the annual Girl Permission Form.

• GSEMA Troop Terrific Patch Program Appication - Recognizes girls and troops for their Girl Scout pride and assists volunteers and girls in planning a balacned troop year. Fill out the form and have your SU Coordinator sign the form. Bring the signed form to the store to purchase your patches.
